Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Analyst – GBS Procurement in Chennai.
A purchasing professional who can quickly and accurately process purchase orders in a fast-paced environment. Has excellent stake holders service skills and works well in a team to consistently meet challenging performance targets.
Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do
1. Understanding customer given product details like Bill of Material (BOM), Mechanical & Cable drawing, PCB Gerber.
2. Converting PCBA and Box Build customer BOM into to Quotewin BOM.
3. Identifying Electronics and Electrical components issues in given BOM and informing customer upfront.
4. Loading project details and QuoteWin BOM into QuoteWin portal.
5. Electronics components pricing: (RFQ) Requesting quote from supplier, validating quotations and details & Price, MOQ negotiation with supplier to get competitive quote.
6. Submitting reports to internal customer.
7. Suggesting Alternates for the Customer Manufacturer
Here is some of what you’ll need (required)
1. Knowledge in following Electronics Components parameters, understanding datasheet & Supplychain.
2. Resistor, Capacitor & Inductor.
3. Crystal Oscillator & Protection Device.
4. Diode, Transistor, MosFET.
5. Linear IC (Regulator, Comparator, Opmp Etc..).
6. Logic IC (Gates, Buffer, FF etc..).
7. Microcontroller & processor.
8. Connectors.
9. Understanding Bill of Material (BOM) , mandatory details in BOM & levels of BOM structuring
10. Understanding difference between Manufacturer, Distributor, supplier & customer.
11. Minimum order Quantity (MOQ),Standard Packing Quantity (SPQ), Payment terms, Delivery Terms, Lead time.
12. Non-cancellable Non-Returnable (NCNR), Non-Recurring Engineering (NRE), Unit of measurement (UOM).
13. Country of Origin (COO), Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS).
14. Good in English communication (Email, Listening and speaking).
15. Knowledge about QuoteWin tool is added advantage
16. Knowledge in MS Excel functions like VLOOKUP, Pivot table, Count if, etc.
17. Macro knowledge is added advantage.
