Job Description

Analyst, Commercial Operations

Day-to-day responsibilities:


  • Create, review, and update various types of questionnaires and RFIs for prospective and existing clients, ensuring that the responses are accurate, complete, and consistent.
  • Coordinate with the client services, sales, compliance, and internal firm services teams to gather and verify the information needed for each request.
  • Manage the workflow and deadlines of multiple requests simultaneously, prioritizing, and escalating issues as needed.
  • Maintain a database of completed questionnaires and RFIs and track the status and progress of each request.
  • Identify and implement best practices and process improvements for the questionnaire and RFI function.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions on how to enhance the quality and efficiency of the questionnaire and RFI process.

Essential traits:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
  • At least two years of experience in creating, reviewing, and updating questionnaires and RFIs for financial services, professional services firms, or related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the company's products, services, and policies, as well as the regulatory and compliance requirements for the industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word, and other relevant software tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, under tight deadlines and changing priorities.
  • Experience using and/or managing proposal management software or similar knowledge base software, preferably Loopio.
  • Flexible to work during UK/Europe time zone. 
  • Ability to manage confidential, sensitive information
