Our highly technical and innovative team is dedicated to ensuring accurate access to the HR applications for Colgate Palmolive in this constantly evolving landscape.
What role will you play as a member of the Colgate’s Data Management team?
We are seeking a self motivated person who is skilled and experienced in Data Management in Success Factors’ Employee Central to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, testing, support, and documentation of Employee’s life cycle events in Success Factors and/or in SAP.
Key responsibilities include ensuring the Data maintenance with accuracy and in timely manner
Who are you…
You are a function expert -
Complete day to day processes of Data management accurately and in a timely manner as a hands on processor.
Handles increased issues raised by partners and sophisticated tasks.
Acts as Subject Matter Authority for other team members.
Ensure Quality is met for all volumes processed
Track and Monitor daily and monthly reporting.
Proposes process improvement ideas which can reduce time, improved accuracy or enhance controls
Participates in meetings with internal teams and partners. Collaborate with Business leaders, IT team wherever required
Participate in initiatives that are internal as well as external to the organization.
Aligns with all policies and standards
Perform “Root Cause Analysis” on issues faced and suggest appropriate corrective action for current remediation and future control.
Always demonstrate the highest level of customer service.
Pay close attention to detail and follow through to resolve any outstanding issues.
Goes beyond immediate requests and activities to ensure both own and related tasks are completed

Your proficiency in data management activities is very critical and confidential, ensuring smooth and efficient employee experiences.

Your expertise and insights as Data Management will be instrumental in driving the successor HR system and its integration into our workflows.
You will work closely with the GIT team, COHREs to develop and implement robust data management capabilities and standard processes

Your innovative approach will drive the evolution in HR processes and simplify systems to eliminate unnecessary work
Your ability to think will balance speed with quality in achieving goals.
What you’ll need…(Required)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
Proficient in Google Suite applications.
Hands-on experience in any ERP would be preferred.
1-2 years experience working in transaction processing in any HR ERP will be preferred.
Ability to seek and resolve issues independently.
Strong documentation skills for crafting comprehensive documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing and consistency to industry standards.
Superb communication and collaboration skills.
Use tact to exchange ideas and information concisely and rationally.
Ability to Work with partners in different Time Zone and Geography
