Job Description
This individual will serve as an integral member of the Business Development team by project managing, executing, and solutioning improvements across varied marketing responsibilities including, but not limited to, the following: -Ensure Salesforce software data remains current and accurate reflection of marketing pipeline inclusive of wins and all supporting data, e.g., utilizing external and internal data sources to update leads, contact details, tier rating, etc. Partner with Arena’s sales professionals to enhance their outreach and marketing efforts. -Create and facilitate ongoing production of metrics which capture marketing efforts and depict pipeline health. -Project manage and assist with production of ad hoc and recurring reporting for clients. -Liaise with relevant internal stakeholders to facilitate posting of data and content on internal and external forums.
