You will be working alongside a team of professional Product Specialists from diverse functions to provide you with the opportunity to take your career to the next level. 


As an Analyst within the Business Analytics & Development team, you will be part of a dynamic group responsible to create dynamic dashboards that drive business success.  Analysts benefit from unique exposure to wealth management products and teams across J.P. Morgan Chase.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Developing dashboards to meet business requirements.
  • Maintaining and updating dashboards on weekly/monthly basis
  • Understanding the user requirement and providing solutions to meet their requirement.
  • Collaborating with onshore/offshore team business, technology, operations, etc. to understand the data aspect and leveraging stakeholders expertise to drive solution.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:.


  • Minimum 2 years business analysis experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Excellent communication and presentations skills across various stakeholders and senior management
  • Intermediate/Advanced experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
  • Excellent analytical and logical thinking to understand and analyze complex business processes
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, detail-oriented and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze and resolve data analytics-related issues and follow through with set objectives
  • Ability to deal with different stakeholder groups to elicit business requirements, procedures, and processes
  • Ability to work in a high paced environment, be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work
  • Be a team player who shows commitment and dedication, and can maintain a positive attitude and high-level of performance on high-profile/time-sensitive initiatives

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:.


  • Good to have Tableau, Python, Alteryx - analytics tools hands on experience.
