In this role, you will work within the Automotive Electrification & Sustainable Energy Business Unit, developing highly sophisticated system-on-chip (SoC) integrated circuits for advanced wireless applications.


Expected qualifications are:


M.Tech/M.S – NCGs may apply.


  • Should be a good team player with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Should have good understanding of Device Characteristics, Operational Amplifiers, Voltage/Current references and other building blocks of CMOS Analog Circuit Design.
  • Willing to investigate System/Circuit level challenges in RF SoCs and come up with innovative solutions.
  • Knowledge of any one of the following blocks will be a plus: Low Noise Amplifiers, Mixers, ADCs, DACs, Voltage Controlled Oscillator (VCO), Frequency Dividers, PLL and Power Amplifiers.

Responsibilities will include


  • Transistor level analog circuit design and simulations.
  • Block-level and system level modeling and simulations.

For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export  licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.  As such, applicants for this position – except US Citizens, US Permanent Residents, and protected individuals as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) – may have to go through an export licensing review process.
