Could you be the full-time ALM Deployment Leader in Bangalore we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering and project management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and supportive teammates.
You'll drive the deployment of the ALM IBM to existing programs/projects, ensuring a seamless integration with our processes. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Process Owners, Authors, Key Users), coordinate with IS&T, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of organizing reviews, supporting troubleshooting and root cause identification, as well as providing training for key users and end-users. Additionally, you will capture feedback and ensure that our ALM solutions meet project business needs.
We’ll look to you for:
Driving the ALM IBM deployment according to schedule
Organizing process reviews and data analysis
Supporting troubleshooting and root cause identification
Coordinating verification, integration, tests, and validation activities
Delivering training to enhance user competency
Ensuring coherence and fulfillment of ALM tools with project requirements

Degree in engineering or equivalent field
Experience or understanding of ALM, with at least 2 years’ experience preferred
Knowledge of configuration management, requirement management, and verification and validation processes
Familiarity with the Jazz Platform
A certification in project management or related field
Open mindset and thoroughness
Autonomy and fluency in English (written and spoken)
