You will be part of our customer care team to add your expertise + skills to the delivery of customer excellence.
Your Role You will be utilizing your product + trade knowledge to support business development + diversification to drive business growth. Your Responsibilities
- To take lead in monitoring + driving sales activities.
- To proactively identify + nurturing sales-qualified prospects through the pipeline to generate profitable +
sustainable businesses. - To conduct regular reviews of sales leads + customer portfolios with key stakeholders.
- To conduct market research on pricing + product competitiveness, ensure regular efforts alignment is being
make with our pricing team. - To provide CCL team the customer’s feedback + support on resolutions as required.
- To take the lead in onboarding + implementation of new customer, ensuring that standard operational
procedures are update for handing over to our Customer Care Locations (CCL). - To maintain + update relevant customer information on internal systems.
- To focus on customer engagement, satisfaction, retention + reactivation through high levels of service
quality in close collaboration with the CCL.
Your Skills and Experiences
- Minimum 5-6 years work experience in sales, particularly in the freight forwarding industry.
- Preferred candidate should be proficient in speaking, reading and writing Gujarati.
- Must have a strong local customer base and market intelligence.
- Strong customer service skills to build and maintain client relationship.
- Excellent communication, professional selling and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work well within a team and support colleagues as needed.
