Mission Statement:
As AI Service Manager you are responsible for the design, integrity and quality of AI solutions and associated IT services delivered to Business, Support Functions and IT Technology domains. Responsible that the IT solution/service provides the required functionality and meets the cost expectations of business. Collaborates with and contributes to project set- up and delivery as well as to service operations optimization.
Your Responsibilities:
Responsible for building and delivering of specific AI solutions/services as advised. Reviews Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and corresponding service monitoring & controlling metrics to identify rightsizing opportunities.
Execute the IT solution/service delivery utilizing the internal IT delivery units and IT operations team members as well as external 3rd party IT service suppliers as advised.
Delivers an IT service or support within appropriate domain or subdomain for IT Solutions to relevant customer group ensuring execution of requirements within budgeted costs and time schedule.
Manage service portfolio
Manage strategical development of service portfolio considering IT guidelines, architectural design and business orientation.
Responsible for sizing, staffing and managing of the product teams.
Define and maintain product team processes.
Accountable for the performance of product teams.
Responsible for budget for service portfolio.
Evaluate new demands and proactively promoting portfolio strategy towards business.
Build and maintain business relationships with stakeholders, aligning drivers and objectives.
Owner of the portfolio delivery: accountable end to end for the delivery of the services within the domain.

Your Background:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in service delivery including managerial and cost responsibility.
3+ years of experience in managing AI services.
Demonstrated experience in working collaboratively in geographically dispersed team.
Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
