Key Responsibilities:

Research & Development in AI:
- Conduct research on AI/ML techniques, including reinforcement learning, generative AI, and multi-agent systems.
- Solve complex problems related to robotics, such as perception, control, and decision-making.
- Develop and prototype AI solutions for practical applications.

Explore Emerging AI Technologies:
- Stay updated on new advancements in AI and robotics.
- Experiment with generative AI for dynamic planning and synthetic data generation.
- Innovate reinforcement learning techniques for robotic decision-making.

Data-Driven Innovation:
- Work with large datasets, such as IoT and sensor data, to drive AI solutions.
- Generate synthetic data for training models in data-scarce environments.
- Optimize data pipelines for better model generalization.

Model Validation & Optimization:
- Validate AI models through testing and benchmarking.
- Ensure AI models run efficiently on edge devices and embedded systems.
- Refine models based on real-world performance and feedback.

Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing:
- Collaborate with engineering teams to transition research into production.
- Mentor team members and provide technical leadership.
- Publish findings in journals, conferences, and present at industry events.

Innovation & Intellectual Property:
- Identify opportunities for generating intellectual property.
- Contribute to open-source AI projects and collaborations.

Ethical & Responsible AI:
- Ensure AI models adhere to ethical principles.
- Mitigate biases and enhance robustness in AI models.
Required Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Robotics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in AI research, specifically in machine learning or robotics.
- Strong background in publishing research in top conferences like NeurIPS, ICRA, CVPR, ICML.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Experience in deep learning architectures like CNNs, RNNs, and Transformers.
- Advanced Python programming skills; C++ or Java for robotics applications.
- Knowledge of robotics software stacks (ROS, Gazebo, OpenCV) and sensor fusion.
- Experience deploying models on edge devices and using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in control theory, biomechanics, or physics-based modeling for robotics.
- Familiarity with robotics in industrial automation and IoT ecosystems.
- Experience with patent development and open-source contributions.
