We are seeking an experienced AI Solutions Lead with a strong background in AI/ML and expertise in delivering scalable AI solutions across diverse problems. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of translating business requirements into impactful AI solutions. Prior experience in Business Analysis, Product Management or Program Management is a plus. The candidate must have a strong educational background and be capable of collaborating directly with clients to ensure that AI solutions align with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted AI advisor to clients, identifying business challenges and providing AI-driven solutions that address specific industry needs.
- Collaborate with AI/ML engineers and data scientists to design and implement solutions tailored to industry requirements, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards in data security, risk assessment, and compliance.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI projects, from ideation to deployment, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Conduct detailed business analysis to identify AI opportunities within client organizations, helping them leverage AI for enhanced decision-making, and operational efficiency.
- Engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, presenting AI-driven insights and strategies tailored to the client context.
Key Requirements:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree Engineering, Maths or related field from top institutes.
- Certifications in AI/ML are advantageous.
- Experience:
- 5+ years in AI/ML solutions across various industries.
- Prier experience in Product Management, Business Analysis or Program Management.
- Leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects.
- Experience working with global clients and distributed teams.
- Required Technical Skills:
- Proficient in data analysis and machine learning algorithms.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML techniques, including predictive analytics, NLP, computer vision, and process automation.
- Expertise in LLMs, including fine-tuning, optimization, and large-scale deployment.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure and MLOps practices for AI model deployment.
- Experience with tools like LangChain and models from OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, and Claude.
