Who we are looking for


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Enablement engineer to join our team and drive the development and integration of cutting edge AI solutions into our business processes. This is a highly technical and hands-on role where you will be responsible for building AI systems from scratch, leveraging technologies such as Generative AI (Gen AI), RAG, Graph based systems and LLMs. You will collaborate closely with software engineers and investment servicing business teams to solve complex business challenges in the asset servicing domain.


Due to the role requirements this job needs to be performed primarily in the office with some flex work opportunities available.


What you will be responsible for


As AI Enablement Engineer – VP  you will


  • Design, Develop and deploy AI/ML models and systems from scratch with a focus on GenAI, LLMs, RAG and Graph based systems
  • Integrate AI into the existing business processes to solve real-world problems in asset servicing business such as Middle office, Fund Accounting, Payments and custody.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams, including software engineers and business stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI use cases
  • Optimize and fine tune AI models for performance, scalability and reliability
  • Stay up-to-date with latest advancements in AI/ML technologies including NLP, time series analysis and explainable AI and evaluate their applicability to business needs
  • Ensure AI solutions comply with regulatory and industry standards in the financial services domain
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and drive AI adoption across the organization
  • Focus on delivering high quality solutions with speed and impact

What we value


These skills will help you succeed in this role


  • Technical expertise - Hands on experience with Gen AI, RAG, Graph AI and LLM's
  • Proficiency in python. Having experience in other languages is a plus
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, GCP including AI/ML services
  • Understanding of machine language frameworks such as TensorFlow, Pytorch, Langchain, Open AI, Neo4J or similar and familiarity with data engineering and pipeline tools ( Hadoop, Spark, databricks) will be a plus
  • Strong knowledge of retrieval systems, embeddings, vector databases and knowledge graphs
  • Awareness of MLOPs, AI governance, regulatory requirements and ensuring AI solutions compliant with industry standards

Education & Preferred Qualifications


  • Bachelors, Masters in computer science, AI / ML or related discipline preferred
  • Equivalent practical experience with a strong portfolio of AI projects will also be considered

Additional requirements


  • Strong communication with ability to explain technical concepts to non tech stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently as the first AI engineer in our team driving AI adoption ground up
