We are seeking an experienced AHU Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the pharmaceutical sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Air Handling Unit sales, a deep understanding of cleanroom requirements, and the ability to drive business growth through strategic planning and customer engagement.
: Develop and implement sales strategies to target pharmaceutical clients, focusing on generating new business and expanding existing relationships.
: Gather market insights, track customer strategies, and provide timely feedback to management to inform business decisions.
: Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors in the pharmaceutical sector to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
: Demonstrate sound knowledge of Air Handling Units, ISO Class Clean Room Requirements, Airflow Diagrams, ISO Filtration Class, and Eurovent/AHRI standards.
: Conduct pre-sales activities, prepare technical and commercial data sheets for tenders, and negotiate profitable deals with key accounts in the pharmaceutical sector.
: Engage in PR activities to enhance brand visibility and product awareness within the pharmaceutical industry.
: Work closely with application, operation, and engineering teams to ensure proposed solutions meet customer needs.
: Assist in tendering activities, finalize orders, and provide project execution support as needed.
: Prepare Management Information Systems (MIS) reports and suggest improvements to optimize sales performance.
: Ensure timely payment collection and coordinate with the factory for order placement, documentation, and dispatches.
: Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree.
: Minimum 8 years of experience in AHU sales, with a focus on the pharmaceutical industry.

Strong understanding of Air Handling Units and cleanroom requirements.
Knowledge of ISO Class Clean Room Requirements, Airflow Diagrams, ISO Filtration Class, and Eurovent/AHRI standards.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage technical assignments across pre-sales, sales, design, procurement, and project execution stages.
