AGM- Product Management

Role-

• This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills to drive the product roadmap, collaborate effectively with IT and operations teams, and deliver solutions that empower data-driven decision-making.
• Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for analytics tool aligned with the organization's goals
• Identify changes within the organization ecosystem in terms of process, infrastructure and resources and lead the updation of simulation models
• Identify and implement improvements in visualization, data updation frequency, user interface, KPI definitions and monitoring procedures for the tool.
• Benchmark existing tool with products available globally and implement relevant upgrades.
• Collaboration with IT and Operations: Work closely with IT and operations teams to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure seamless integration of the simulation tool with existing systems and processes.
• Collaborate with Operations to identify new tools and lead the implementation of the tools. Establish the scope of work of the tools.
• Develop the overall governance mechanism for executing the tool in terms of setting up workflow, escalations and trouble shooting
• Oversee the implementation of predictive analytics models and algorithms within the simulation tool, leveraging data to provide actionable insights and drive informed decision making.
• Engage with stakeholders across the organization, to gather feedback, communicate product updates, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate on features to continuously improve the usability, functionality, and value proposition of the simulation tool.

Educational Qualifications

•  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
•  MBA or advanced degree preferred
•  Experience in product management roles, preferably in software development or analytics-driven environments.
•  Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
•  Strong data interpretation and analytical skills, understanding of predictive analytics, data modeling techniques, and simulation methodologies.
•  Experience in implementation of dashboards tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and KPI measurement frameworks.
•  Proficiency in business analysis, requirement gathering, and translating user needs into technical specifications.
