Job Summary:


Looking for a highly experienced AGM / GM - Human Resources to drive and manage the entire HR function. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition, and managing the complete HR gamut in the real estate industry. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to align HR practices with business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:


Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:


  • Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition for leadership, technical, and operational roles.
  • Develop and execute effective hiring strategies to attract top talent.
  • Establish a strong employer brand to position the company as an employer of choice.

HR Strategy & Leadership:


  • Design and implement HR policies and best practices aligned with business goals.
  • Partner with senior leadership to drive organizational growth and workforce planning.
  • Ensure compliance with HR regulations and laws.

Employee Engagement & Development:


  • Develop and execute employee engagement programs to enhance retention and satisfaction.
  • Oversee training & development initiatives, leadership programs, and career growth plans.
  • Drive performance management and appraisal processes.

Compensation & Benefits Management:


  • Oversee salary structuring, payroll management, and benefits administration.
  • Benchmark compensation and benefits to stay competitive in the industry.

HR Operations & Compliance:


  • Ensure HR operations run efficiently, including employee onboarding, grievances, and exits.
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and industry regulations.

Desired Profile:


  • 15+ years of experience in human resources, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, laws, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills.
  • Ability to drive culture-building and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on operational execution.
