Aerial Specialist, Retail
The Aerial Specialist will enhance our offerings in data visualization by creating outputs to help aid retailers in making strategic real estate decisions through identifying and visualizing market drivers, developments, and competition.
The Aerial Specialist will work closely with colleagues throughout the Americas research group. This is a great opportunity for a creatively minded individuals willing to learn multiple tools and technologies.

What this job involves
Responsible for creating and maintaining aerial map library using company provided tools and standards. Utilize graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to enhance aerial maps Research market indicators such as new developments, traffic volumes, housing starts, etc. Assist on projects from initial debrief to finished product following standard operating procedures with limited oversight Contribute to the GIS center of excellence and provide support to GIS colleagues as needed Develop and share best practice standards with the Americas Research Group
Desired skills and experience for this job
0 – 3 years of related marketing/graphic design experience, real estate knowledge a plus BS/BA in marketing, graphic design, or relevant experience Experience with Adobe Creative Suite products, including Photoshop and Illustrator Working knowledge of aerial imagery providers, such as Google Earth Familiarity with Retail Real Estate GIS concepts: geofencing, mobile data, consumer expenditures, lifestyle segmentation, demographics, etc. Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Strong organization skills to effectively manage workload and time, multi-task, and succeed under pressure. Detail-oriented individual with the ability to closely follow processes and procedures.
