Job Description

Job Summary:

As an AEM Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining AEM-based applications. Your expertise in Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, and other Adobe products will help us enhance user experience and optimize our digital marketing strategies.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement AEM components, templates, and workflows to meet business requirements.
  • Integrate Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch for effective tracking and reporting of user interactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Ensure best practices in coding, performance optimization, and security within AEM applications.
  • Assist in the implementation of WebSDK for advanced data collection (awareness of WebSDK is a plus).
  • Support A/B testing and personalization initiatives using Adobe Target (experience is advantageous).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AEM applications, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in AEM and Adobe technologies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 7 to 12 years of experience in AEM development with a strong understanding of Adobe products (MUST).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch (MUST).
  • Familiarity with WebSDK (GOOD to Have).
  • Knowledge or experience with Adobe Target (GOOD to Have).
  • Strong programming skills in Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies.
  • Experience with AEM 6.x and related tools and frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
