Role Profile


Working with the People Services & Solutions Lead within People Function team. Responsible for supporting employee Data Management globally across LSEG and will involve day-to-day HR data administration for countries and entities in scope. Delivers excellence in HR administration and services, resolve queries and provides information and systems administration support to our colleagues and internal customers.


Responsibilities


  • Serve as the first point of contact for expert assistance in resolving queries that colleagues, HR and PSS team are unable to address. Should have thorough understanding of HR processes, employee life cycle on Workday and procedures via ServiceNow (case management tool), triage/call out cases to relevant knowledge expert groups as needed and ensure all queries are responded  accurately and within defined SLAs.
  • Provide guidance to People Leaders and colleagues on all aspects of the employee life cycle including on-boarding, job changes, leave of absence, off-boarding, HRIS data management, etc.
  • Advise people leaders, colleagues and the People Function community on navigation and use of LSEG’s HRIS and importance of self-service.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and supporting compliance with data protection legislation.
  • Work closely with specialty groups such as Global Mobility, Benefits, HRBP to provide support and guidance on the International Assignment/Transfer process, internal transfers, data changes and assist with employee data administration.
  • Provide data in response to routine requests from employees or internal / external customers.
  • Perform all hire to retire processes for multiple locations including but not limited to candidate onboarding, transfers, data changes, internal hires, compensation changes, leavers, international assignments, secondments, leave of absences, regulated role updates, learning and development, time off, Payroll input, etc.
  • Ability to guide internal HR team on HRIS Workday steps in creating job requisitions, new joiner onboarding; including generating employment contracts, initiating background checks and employee life cycle.
  • Leverage experience and knowledge to complete complex tasks related to HR systems and processes.
  • Upholding confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive colleague information and situations.
  • Perform peer reviews for other colleagues within the team for BAU activities.
  • Required to cross-train on colleagues’ key responsibilities.
  • Process lifecycle changes; including changes to roles, compensation, notice periods, probationary period reviews, working arrangement etc.
  • Process leavers; including calculating leave, compensation, bonus, notice period, terminating workers in Workday and any other localizations.
  • Investigate and analyse Workday transactions to solve and identify errors/roadblocks to provide resolutions to collaborators.
  • Liaising with Payroll teams to ensure joiners, changes and leavers are processed in line with payroll cut off dates.
  • Additional activities as required from time to time.
  • Other reconciliation and data audit reports from Workday, including processing of data mass load into Workday.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of the work performed by the team.
  • Act as a Knowledge Expert (KE) to support to team in resolving queries and advise on correct procedures to follow.
  • Participate in various People Function harmonization/transformation projects and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to accurately identify bugs/errors so that they could be fixed prior to the launch.
