The Analyst – TVCC (Ad Intel) is responsible for supporting the team’s operations by conducting research, verifying brand details, and maintaining reference data related to brands, parent companies, and product category assignments in accordance with established guidelines and procedures. The Analyst will work under the guidance of team leads to ensure accurate classification, maintain quality standards, and meet productivity benchmarks. Additionally, they will collaborate with the team to resolve queries, incorporate feedback, and stay updated on process guidelines.
Key responsibilities:
Review unidentified media content using a video player and accurately identify the corresponding brand details from the existing database.
Analyze advertisements and classify them under the appropriate brand and parent company in accordance with TVCC Guidelines.
Determine the type of content (e.g., Commercial, Promo, PSA) based on specific indicators within the video.
Create and maintain records for new brands or creatives as needed to best match the unidentified content.
Conduct thorough research using reference documents and TVCC Coding Guidelines to correctly assign brands to unclassified media.
Adhere strictly to Coding Guidelines to ensure high-quality and accurate output.
Collaborate with the Team Lead and senior members to address queries and receive feedback on classification quality.
Participate in clarification sessions to enhance classification accuracy and stay updated on the latest guideline revisions.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to align outputs with ramp-up plans and overall objectives.
Ensure compliance with quality standards by incorporating feedback from the Ad Intel Education and Validation team.
Maintain high classification accuracy to meet acceptable quality benchmarks.
Consistently meet expected classification volumes within established timeframes to support seamless SLA delivery.
Role Requirements
Proficiency in interpretation and transcription.
Working hours - 3pm to 12pm IST
Strong command of spoken and written American English.
Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
Exceptional spelling and grammar proficiency.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Capability to meet established benchmarks for quality and productivity.
Receptive to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.
Knowledge and interest in American culture (preferred).
Exposure to U.S. advertising and television programming (preferred)
Experience in a production environment (preferred).
Strong research skills and ability to verify and maintain data according to established guidelines.
Good knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
Familiarity with advertising brands and creative characteristics.
Knowledge of other media and advertising industry trends.
Proficient in using data management tools and software.
Must have creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to adapt to changing guidelines, procedures, and business rules
