The Position
As an Advanced System Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will be responsible for below activities:


  • Lead and manage Leapwork system operations. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand test automation tool requirements.
  • Develop the system roadmap, manage vendor collaboration, and lead Service Management. Address and resolve challenges, escalating as needed.
  • Establish and oversee a team of IM/PM, technical specialists, and testing tool support. Ensure QMS compliance and budget oversight.
  • Supervise testing tool operation, maintenance, and compliance and develop a forward-looking IT System Strategy for the platform within the organization.
  • Lead the System Advisory Board/Change Advisory Board/user forums and support the organization's IT Strategy while oversee IT security, audits, and compliance in line with Novo Nordisk standards.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree or similar graduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6-9+ years of experience, with a minimum of 4 years of relevant hands-on experience in the required technology.
  • Hands-on experience with a testing tool and fair understanding of DevOps, O&M, GxP, and IT solution lifecycle management. Support the team on testing tool-related incidents.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in collaborating and communicating with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated flexibility and adeptness in working effectively under tight time constraints.
  • ITIL foundation or intermediate level certification (Good to Have).

About the department
Digital, Data & IT India is a team of 1000+ highly skilled IT professionals located in Global Business Services (GBS) Bangalore. The main role of Enterprise Platforms COE India is to manage Enterprise Platforms, which includes system management, project management, process management, and vendor management. The Enterprise Platforms department is an integral part of DD&IT and is responsible for managing development, support, and maintenance processes for Enterprise platforms across all regions in Novo Nordisk.
