Seeking experienced Electronics Hardware designer to join Aerospace Advanced & Applied Technology group to help us build and deploy cutting-edge technologies that drive business value for Aerospace. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing new products that has electronics hardware, firmware, software enabled solutions that support a variety of business functions. You will work closely with Product architects, software engineers, and product managers to identify opportunities for New Product development for HONs Organic growth.
The position Advanced R&D Engineer will be accountable for the below Job responsibility.
Job Responsibility:
·Development of electronic circuits with micro-controller, analog signal conditioning circuits, mixed signal and digital circuit designs
·Design and development of high speed boards involving CPU/ GPUs/ SOCs such as from Intel, AMD, NXP, Qualcomm etc
·Schematic development, component selection, design analysis for accuracies/ errors operating margins
·PCB design, layout co-ordination and review of layout, fabrication and assembly responsibilities
·Board bring-up exercises, Design verification testing, Collaboration and co-ordination with firmware/ software/ mechanical other engg disciplines
·Troubleshooting and fix all related issues on new development product
·Write technical documentation related to design, processes followed, manufacturing aspects etc
Requirements:
·ME/MTech/BE /BTech in Engineering (Electronics/Electrical/Instrumentation) related field with 6+ years
·Experience in designing electronics circuits with micro-controller, ADC, DAC, Op-amps transistors, MOSFET, linear & switching regulators, analog signal conditioning, instrumentation, wired / wireless communication interfaces
·Experience in DC-DC converters, LDO, Schematics capture, PCB designing, analog and mixed signal design, hands on oscilloscope and board bring-up.
·High speed board designing, multilayer board design
·Hands-on experience in hardware design of various processors and FPGAs, memories DDRx
·Practical understanding of standard protocols like USB/PCIe/DP++/GBE and designing
·Hands on experience on EMI/EMC & best practices in the design & exposure to certification of products.
·Hands on experience with comprehensive error budgeting of electronic circuits and good knowledge on noise analysis.
·Experience on full design life cycle projects, conceptualize the product and translate the requirements into CTQs for design
·Understanding of Aerospace product certification requirements
·Ready to experiment, build fast prototypes , Can perform trade studies between competing technologies
