Job Description: Advanced Quality Engineer (HW)


Should have overall 6-8 years’ experience in electronics H/W development and/or verification activities and auditing/supporting the ISO 9001-2015 and CMMi 2.0/3.0 audits


Design, critical review, knowledge –


·AC/DC, DC/DC power supply


·EMI/EMC


·knowledge of pre compliance testing


·critical review of design documents, test plan, test reports, schematic/layout, testing of prototypes


·critical review of DFM


·thorough understanding of ISC TRUN processes, practices and deliverables


Should have 2-3 years’ experience in scheduling and conducting ISO 9001-2015, CMMi 2.0 / 3.0 compliance audits for H/W development activities. Should also be experienced in reporting and maintaining the audit findings


Selected candidate would immediately be on job, performing ISO and CMMi audits for H/W design, development and verification activities. In summary, candidates experience, and knowledge should be a blend of H/W development and auditing (or supporting) for ISO clauses and CMMi practice areas


Skills Required:


·good communication skills to be able to collaborate with global Honeywell employees in United states of America, China and Europe countries


·Jira, sales force, confluence pages


·Should be expert in coaching, mentoring and deploying six sigma tools, should be proficient in leading root cause analysis, impact analysis discussions, should be skilled in applying six sigma tools in analyzing data produced by development activities – product defects, customer reported issues, non-compliances etc.,

·Bachelor's degree - BE / BTECH

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
