About the department
You will be part of the Finance GBS in the Global Business Services (GBS) Bangalore, established in 2007. Our department supports Accounting, Finance & Procurement, and Financial Planning & Analytics for Novo Nordisk worldwide. As a member of the Sourcing & Analytics team, you will also be part of the Sourcing Intelligence & Business Support (SIBS), a Centre of Excellence (CoE) that cross-supports all Category Areas and other CoEs in Global Outsourcing and Devices (GSOD) and Strategic Sourcing Inbound Materials & Services (SSIMS), based at HQ in Denmark. The position
As an Advanced Analyst in the Sourcing team, you will be working closely with stakeholders including controllers, purchasing/planning teams within Product supply division in Denmark. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate and ensure timely delivery of prices & volumes, including explanations for deviations, key market drivers and outlook. Also, during the process the person should be able to gather experiences to be implemented for next budget round to improve/optimize the process.
Demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including coordinating with the team in prioritizing tasks.
