The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
Adobe Front-End Developer – Adobe Learning Manager Integration
At Solventum, we’re transforming the way we engage with digital content and learning experiences. We’re seeking an experienced Adobe Front-End Developer to join our team, responsible for developing and optimizing user-facing features with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Learning Manager. This role requires a deep understanding of both platforms, with a focus on the integration between AEM and Adobe Learning Manager to create seamless and impactful learning experiences.
The Impact You’ll Make in This Role
As an Adobe Front-End Developer, you will:
•       Develop and maintain front-end features for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), ensuring an optimal and responsive user experience.
•       Implement and optimize Adobe Learning Manager integrations with AEM, enabling a cohesive and intuitive learning environment for end users.
•       Work with design and development teams to create dynamic, engaging, and highly functional user interfaces.
•       Leverage AEM’s components and templates to deliver responsive and personalized digital learning experiences.
•       Implement custom front-end solutions that bridge the functionality of AEM and Adobe Learning Manager, ensuring seamless data flow and user interactions.
•       Work with backend teams to ensure that integrations between AEM and Adobe Learning Manager are robust and scalable.
•       Troubleshoot and debug front-end code, ensuring performance optimization across devices and browsers.
•       Ensure the smooth integration of third-party APIs and tools with AEM and Adobe Learning Manager to enhance the overall experience.
•       Stay current with Adobe tools and technologies, ensuring best practices are applied to both AEM and Adobe Learning Manager integrations.

Skills and Expertise
To succeed in this role, you need:
•       2-3 years of experience as a Front-End Developer, with strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
•       Hands-on experience with Adobe Learning Manager, including understanding how it integrates with AEM.
•       Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery for building responsive user interfaces.
•       Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular is a plus.
•       Strong understanding of API integrations, particularly between AEM and third-party systems like Adobe Learning Manager.
•       Knowledge of RESTful APIs and how they interact with AEM and other learning management systems.
•       Experience with version control systems like Git and agile development methodologies.
•       Ability to troubleshoot and resolve front-end performance issues, with a focus on optimization for various browsers and devices.
•       Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams to achieve business and technical objectives.
•       A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in front-end development and learning technologies.
