We are looking for a dynamic and personable Admission Counselor to join our institution immediately. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in guiding prospective students and parents through the admission process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience while promoting the school’s values and offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for prospective students and parents, providing detailed information about the school’s programs, facilities, and admission process.
- Assist parents and students in completing the admission application and other formalities.
- Conduct campus tours and organize informational sessions for prospective families.
- Follow up with inquiries and ensure timely communication to address queries and concerns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to participate in outreach activities, including open houses, school fairs, and community events.
- Maintain accurate records of all inquiries, applications, and communications in the admissions database.
- Work closely with school administration to ensure seamless coordination during the admission process.
- Provide feedback to the management team about market trends and parent expectations.
RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Education, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in admissions, counseling, or a similar role in an educational institution.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
