Job Title: Admission Counselor
Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Qualifications:
Education: Graduation/Post Graduation in Sales, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field
Experience: 2-3 years in a similar role
Skills: Excellent communication, social, and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with parents/guardians
Responsibilities:
Engage positively with parents/guardians via phone calls, emails, and in-person visits
Provide detailed information about the gym's programs, facilities, and activities
Handhold parents/guardians through the admission process
Conduct informational sessions and tours for prospective parents
Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure a smooth admission process
Plan and execute admission drives and related events
Develop promotional materials and campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team
Respond to admissions-related queries and concerns promptly
Gym Timings : 11:00 am to 8:00 pm Mon to Fri & 9:30 a.m to 6:30 p.m on Sat and Sun
