Title:
Administrative Specialist II
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Customer relationship management skills using a high-quality CRM (Salesforce)
- Assistance to support businesses by organizing meetings, tracking attendees, managing calendar and updating records on portal.
- Responsible for facilitating sales and the performance of the sales team as well as recording sales data.
- Ability to develop new sales analysis with the given data in CRM (Salesforce)
- Develop monthly sales report.
- Managing and responding to client portal requirements
- Provision of through documentation and administrative records
- Updating sales team details and managing their holiday calendar
- Follow up with Sales leads and coordinators for the accuracy of the data in CRM (Salesforce)
- Ability to understand the requirements of the team/management and create dashboard and reports in salesforce
- Updating and managing documents in our Sales portal
- Ensuring that administrative processes run smoothly

In addition to the above, the role would also include the following responsibilities of an Executive Assistant to our Senior Management and BD/Sales Leaders across the globe.:
- Manage scheduling for company executive(s)
- Draft, review and send communications on behalf of company executive(s)
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
- Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executive
- Prioritize emails and respond when necessary
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Maintain various records and documents for company executive(s)
