Role – Admin Executive


Key Responsibilities


  • Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure efficiency across all departments.
  • Manage and mentor junior administrative staff, providing guidance and training.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for executives.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and documentation for senior management.
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and functionality.

Qualifications:


  • 10-15 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and office management software.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Education:


Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
