The Role


As an Administrative Services Supervisor with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc….


To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:


  • Ensure smooth operations of all administrative & FM responsibilities like Supervising facilities management activities such as Canteen Management, Housekeeping, communication system, Guest Relations, Guest Houses, Repairs & Maintenance, Transportation, Security, Gardening & Landscaping,
  • Facility management: Ensuring that the physical environment of the organization is safe, clean, and comfortable for employees and visitors. This may include managing the maintenance and repair of buildings, equipment, and systems such as Heating Ventilation and Air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, and security.
  • Asset management: Managing the acquisition, inventory, and disposal of assets such as furniture, fixtures, and equipment. This may include developing asset management policies and procedures,
  • Vendor management: Overseeing the selection, contracting, and performance of vendors and service providers that support the organization's operations. Ensuring all raise PR, work orders, PO's , agreements are in place for all the services & materials being supplied. Co-ordination with procurement & vendor for rate negotiations, SOWs, SLAs for various contracts & work
  • Budget management: Developing and managing budgets for the administration and infrastructure function. Actual Expense Monitoring
  • Compliance management: Ensuring that the organization complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to facilities, assets, and services, local Liasoning with govt. bodies w.r.t. Statutory compliance w.r.t. HSE, Admin Contract labour, DIC, Shop Act, TPI etc
  • Ensure availability of adequate and trained contract associates as per the business requirements
  • Achieve best practices in admin and ensure cost effectiveness.
  • Improve quality of service delivery through various frugal initiatives/ innovative ideas
  • Stakeholder management

About You


You are driven to perform at the highest level and want to be part of a company actively dedicated to sustainability, inclusion, well-being, and career development


  • Proven experience of 8-12 years as a lead for facilities /administration in an MNC with HC of approx. 500 – 700 HC
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and excellent communication interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of the team.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
