Job Description
Role Overview:
The Administrative Chief will be responsible for overseeing and managing the administrative functions of the construction site, ensuring seamless operations, compliance with company policies, and efficient coordination between teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Support the construction, QA/QC, and engineering teams by managing documentation, logistics, and communication.
- Site Administration: Oversee office operations, record-keeping, and resource allocation at the construction site.
- Vendor & Contractor Management: Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers for procurement and contracts.
- Workforce Management: Handle attendance, payroll coordination, and compliance with labor laws.
- Budget & Expense Tracking: Monitor site expenses, approvals, and cost control measures.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to construction site policies, permits, and safety regulations.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a bridge between management, on-site teams, and external agencies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years in administrative management, preferably in construction or renewable energy projects.
Skills Required:
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities to manage multiple site operations.
- Knowledge of procurement, budgeting, and labor laws.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, or project management software.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
