To provide organisational and administrative support to an Executive or to the direct reports of an Executive to ensure their time and priorities are managed effectively.


• Complex diary management, for leadership team member and team


. • Inbox Management - Management of all incoming/outgoing communication for the Executive by filtering, reverting to others and responding as appropriate to internal and external clients and so that correspondence and emails are distilled to those that require a direct response from the senior leader.


• Organisation of meetings, including booking venues, ordering refreshments and minute-taking.


• Organise, interpret, and prepare high quality reports and presentations for meetings / business reporting requirements and board reports. Prepare, agree, and distribute meeting agendas to attendees in good time. Attend meetings taking minutes and following up on actions ensuring all completed or escalated.


• Process monthly expenses for the managers, Purchase order Invoices, payments, and receipts.


• Collaborate within the team to organise team workshops, ‘All Hands’ events making inputs and suggestions to ensure the events are successful.


• Draft internal correspondence, presentations, and reports of a general and/or confidential nature.


• Maintain a high level of awareness of matters coming in and out of the office to effectively respond to enquiries.


• Management of travel requirements including to meetings and conferences, sometimes internationally.


• Driving, embedding, and promoting team engagement, including management of key comms agendas (all hands call, recognition events etc)


. • Work closely and effectively with the executive to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities and ensure they are prepared and informed on relevant matters in a timely manner.


• Proactively develop and facilitate effective team working and relationships within own team and wider Experian to enable optimal personal and business effectiveness.


• Partner with other PA's and EA's within Experian and externally to ensure effective management and organisation of Board, Customer, Supplier and Senior Leadership Meetings.


• Provide high-touch support to hiring managers with the on-boarding process for all new starters.


• Support on initiatives on an ad hoc basis as requested.

  • Excellent administration skills including diary management.
  • Reliable delivery of high standard work, always ensuring attention to detail and meeting agreed timescales.
  • Confident, enthusiastic, and motivated using a flexible approach to working practice including the ability to roll your sleeves up and get involved in everything during peak periods.
  • High standard of IT skills including Excel, Outlook, Word and Power Point.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise under pressure – must be able to multi-task efficiently.
  • High standard of accuracy, quality and attention to detail.
