Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The Administrative Assistant will support our daily office procedures and ensure the smooth running of our company's offices. The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors to the office
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Manage and organize company files and documents
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Perform general office duties such as photocopying, faxing, and mailing
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant, Receptionist, or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- High school diploma; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
