  • Your responsibility includes but not limited to purchasing and maintenance of office supplies, facility, occupational health & safety, security, vendor management, sample management, event management, expatriate administration etc.
  • You have the ownership to maintain smooth operations by securing the best deal and excellent customer service through liaising with internal & external stake holders.
  • You deliver on the responsibilities you have ownership for by living our values every day. You are flexible and customer-centric, with the ability to collaborate and build good relationship with both internal and external stakeholders. You have the sense of planning and prioritization, so you can handle urgent tasks and manage different stakeholders.
  • You have proactive approach to identify potential problems and come up with multiple solutions You have the courage to accept new challenges and grow yourself through constant learning and exploration.
  • You will closely work with Administration & Security Manager in both small- and large-scale projects to improve operations and streamline procedures.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of 7–8 years of experience managing administrative activities in corporate environments.
  • Proven experience in building maintenance and construction activities.
  • Expertise in providing travel support, including international travel arrangements.
  • Strong commercial negotiation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of procurement, tendering, contract management processes, Invoice processing.
  • Excellent networking capabilities to stay updated on industry trends and market developments.
  • Acts as the primary contact for local authorities, ensuring compliance with local legislation.
  • Experience in effectively managing contract employees.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Proficient in facility management and security.
