Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Admin Manager to join our team in the Pharma industry. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of relevant work experience and will be responsible for overseeing administrative operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the office.
Responsibilities:
. Oversee and manage administrative staff
. Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures
. Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
. Manage schedules and deadlines
. Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
. Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
. Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
. Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
. Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
. Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Admin Manager or similar role
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
