Job Title: Admin Assistant
Location: Chennai
Experience: 1 to 2 years
Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹12,000 per month
Age: 22 to 35 years
Main Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day administrative activities and ensure smooth office operations.
- Maintain and organize files, records, and documents in both physical and digital formats.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with various departments and provide administrative support as required.
- Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and events, and ensure all arrangements are made.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders to maintain inventory levels.
- Assist in HR-related tasks such as maintaining attendance records and coordinating interviews.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative tasks.
- Handle general queries and provide assistance to employees and visitors.
Essential Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or any related field.
- Proven experience of 1 to 2 years in a similar role.
Skills Required:- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of office management procedures and accounting principles.
