Job Description

MediaDonuts is a leading advertising, media, commerce and ad-tech solutions company connecting brands to consumers by representing top platforms and publishers.

Objectives and Responsibilities
• Create and execute strategy for affiliate programs including recruitment and retention.
• Review and approve affiliate applications.
• Help develop and manage monthly affiliate budgets across all brands.
• Monitor day-to-day affiliate activities, respond to publisher inquiries, and draft communications and newsletters for various campaigns.
• Work closely with publishers and onshore Affiliate team.
• Execute affiliate promotional strategy and develop campaign ideas.
• Run and analyze reports, give insights, and recommend improvements on affiliate activities and on the overall program.
• Initiate new campaign ideas and placement/exclusives.
• Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies for international markets.
• Identify, recruit, and manage global affiliate partners.
• Optimize performance metrics and ensure campaigns meet KPIs across regions.
• Build and maintain relationships with affiliates and influencers globally.
• Track and report on affiliate program performance, ensuring scalability.
• Develop and manage the performance marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve marketing goals.
• Track and report on budget spend and campaign performance.
• Campaign Optimization & Reporting: Hands-on experience in campaign implementation, optimization, and providing detailed performance reports.
• Expertise in analyzing trends, adjusting bids, budgets, pacing, and targeting to ensure optimal results for clients.
• Publisher Management & Billing: Addressed billing and invoicing queries from publishers, and provided consistent, high-quality service to clients, particularly in verticals such as BFSI, Education, Automobile, Gaming, E-Commerce, Travel, FMCG etc.
Required Qualifications and Skills
• Affiliate marketing, Mobile app performance, HTML, web lead, Google Analytics
• 2 - 3 years of experience in Affiliate marketing
• Knowledge of affiliate networks
• Experience with Mobile app performance or Google
• Analytics, a plus
