Job Description

Account receivable management (Domestic & Export)
Good Knowledge of SAP


FI and CO books closure
Well versed with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Credit limit working and periodic review.
Conducting Detective Control
Monthly Sales Analysis
Preparing various report as per management requirement for AR.Sales,Collection
Handling Legal Matters related to AR


Month end closing & Year end activities in relevant SAP systems


Financial Evaluation of Customers
Channel Financing


Handling of Mercantile Trade Transactions (MTT)


Letter of Credit and Bank Guarantee related tasks


Annual Sales Targets from Customers


Agreements with Customers


Bank Reconciliation


GST reportin


Monthly Management Reporting activities


Handling and compliance with Statutory Audit, Cost Audit, Internal Audits, etc.


Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting and project support


Preparing various report as per management requirement for AR, Sales, Collection


Bank coordination


Process Implementations



Qualifications

CA, CMA, MBA (Finance) with 2-4 experience or


Industry relevant experience of at least 4 years plus



Additional Information

SAP user experience, FI and CO module knowledge preferred


Proficiency in MS Office including Excel and Power point


Good Analytical Skills with ability to work in Team


Multi Tasking


Able to work and deliver within specified timelines
