Role:
BrowserStack is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist with relevant
experience in receivable management process to ensure month end reporting
of all legal entities is done in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner.
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date, credits and collections are applied, uncollectible amounts are accounted for, and miscellaneous differences are cleared.
  • Monitor and collect receivables from customers through follow ups.
  • Addressing queries raised by customers regarding their invoices.
  • Month end accounting for revenue and receivables and provisions.
  • Preparation of audit schedules.
  • Identify areas for improving and standardizing processes.
  • Support other accounting and finance team members.

Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience, B.Com, M. Com, Inter CA required, CA Fresher.
  • Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping.
  • Hands-on experience of working on ERP/ tools like NetSuite/ SAP.
  • Proficiency with Google Drive.
  • Ability to deliver within deadlines and under time pressure.
  • Detail orientated.
