Key Responsibilities:
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team and manage the processing of employee travel expenses within the Concur application. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processing of all travel reports while upholding company travel policies and procedures along with extracting and preparing analytical reports from Concur.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process travel expense reports submitted through Concur, ensuring adherence to company policies and accounting standards.
- Review, audit & process P-Card & Corporate card transactions within Concur
- Review and reconcile expense entries, verifying receipts and accuracy of expense details.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or missing information in expense reports.
- Communicate effectively with employees regarding expense report issues and clarifications.
- Generate reports on travel expenses for analysis and budgeting purposes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date travel policy information within Concur.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the travel expense process.
Educational and professional experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in processing expense reports.
- Advanced Concur & MS excel skill
- Proven expertise in the Concur Expense application, expense processing, report extraction and analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong spreadsheet and presentation skills with an exceptional ability to distill large amount of datapoints and communicate key findings.
- Strong experience working cross-functionally with stakeholders/business partners and interacting with the executive leadership team.
