Job Description

Location: Udhna BRC, Udhna, Surat 

Work Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Business : Digital Printing 
Requirement : Tripta Software Experience preferred 
Key Responsibilities:

  1. Daily Transaction Entry:


    • Record and maintain daily transactions in accounting software, including purchase, sales, expenses, and bank entries.

  2. GST Reporting:


    • Assist in the preparation and filing of GST reports.
    • Ensure compliance with GST regulations and timely submission of returns.

  3. Bank Reconciliation:


    • Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy between bank statements and accounting records.

  4. TDS Reporting:


    • Prepare and file TDS reports as per statutory guidelines.
    • Ensure timely deduction and deposit of TDS.

  5. Data Management:


    • Ensure all transactions are accurately entered into the system, ensuring compliance with internal policies.

  6. Financial Support:


    • Assist the senior accountant in preparing financial statements and reports.
    • Provide support for audit processes and ensure timely completion of tasks.

RequirementsRequired Qualifications:
  • Education: B.Com or relevant degree in Accounting
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in managing daily financial transactions, preparation of GST and TDS reports.
  • Skills:

    • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).
    • Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.
    • Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
    • Experience in Tripta Software
Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
