Accounts Executive


Roles & Responsibilities


  • Ensure smooth invoicing to customers (based in the US & Europe) and timely follow-ups on accounts receivable.
  • Update invoicing and collection records in QuickBooks as well as in the Excel tracker.
  • Support India accounting requirements in Tally.
  • Assist India accounting team members with GST, income tax, TDS, and other compliance-related matters.
  • Assist in preparing various MIS reports.

Skills & Qualifications


  • B.Com / M.Com with 60% and above.
  • 4+ years of experience in accounting, accounts receivable, and MIS. Articleship experience with a reputed CA firm will be considered.
  • Excellent written and oral English communication (should be comfortable holding conversations independently with customer teams based in the US & Europe).
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Exposure to Tally would be a plus.
  • Smart, confident, and detail-oriented.
