Job Description: Full Time Accounts Executive


The Accounts Executive is responsible for the day-to-day accounting operations of the company. This includes recording transactions, preparing financial statements, and managing cash flow. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills.


Responsibilities:


  • Recording transactions in the general ledger
  • Preparing financial statements, including the balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows
  • Managing cash flow and preparing cash flow forecasts
  • Preparing tax returns and financial reports for external auditors
  • Answering questions from management and external stakeholders about the company's financial position

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in a public accounting firm or corporate accounting department
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Sage
