REPORTING TO


Sub-Regional Finance Manager (Based in India)


POSITION GOALS


  • Accountable for the successful delivery of a comprehensive range of financial services & support as defined in the Client Contract
  • Manage the day-to-day India financial and accounting operations with focus on the client’s reporting requirements
  • To achieve KPI, financial, and other targets as established for the client account
  • Monitor and ensure efficient use of resources, oversight of accounts payable and receivable function

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


Billings


  • Timely invoicing of all services rendered by the Company
  • Timely collection of money from client
  • Assist to prepare weekly/monthly reports as required with respect to Accounts receivable
  • Assist to prepare monthly accrued revenue
  • Development and maintenance of all necessary guidelines and manuals associated with the receivable process
  • Accountability for the timely coordination of the Jones Lang LaSalle invoice processing and monitoring the accounts receivable, ensuring forecasting & management of Jones Lang LaSalle cash flow

Reporting/Forecasting/Planning


  • Assist Sub-Regional Finance Manager on monthly, quarterly & ad hoc reporting and variance analyses for client and corporate requirements
  • Assist Sub-Regional Finance Manager on annual budget & quarterly forecasts

Data Management, Policies & Procedures & Audit


  • Ensure data integrity of the systems across the region and audit data from time to time
  • Ensure that appropriate process and systems controls are in place and maintained to guarantee the integrity of all transactions
  • Ensure that all financial accounting and reporting is audit worthy and in keeping with recognised quality management processes
  • Ensure personally trained on the financial systems & are effectively able to extract data

REQUIREMENTS


  • Bachelor Degree in Financial or Accounting
  • A minimum of 3 to 4 years’ experience in Finance or Accounting
  • Strong PC literacy, especially Excel
  • Strong English, both verbal and writing
