Assignments provide exposure to fundamental financial concepts /issues/ activities.Essential FunctionsPerform month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations. Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded correctly.Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS/GAAP.Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Assist with internal and external audits.Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and potential areas for improvement.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.Work closely with other finance team members and departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.Establish and maintain strong financial controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.Assist junior team members with their tasks and provide guidance as needed.Back up for other team members and counter parts in business supported.Document and update department procedures.Perform other duties as necessary.Minimum RequirementsProfessional degree in Accounting / Finance (CA/ICWA)3 -5 years of experience in Financial AccountingExperience in MNC PreferableExperience in ERP, MS ExcelAdditional Essential FunctionsEffective communication skillsComputer skills – MS Office (Word, excel, Power Point, Outlook)Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsFlexible to work in shifts as requiredPositive attitude to change and adaptable to meet new challengesStrong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and other relevant accounting standardsSelf-motivated – able to work with minimum supervisionKey Performance Measures:Accuracy and quality of reconciliationAdherence to timelinesInternal customer satisfactionWho We Hire?Simply put, we hire everyone.
