General Summary:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and manage strategic relationships with key large-scale Indian conglomerate accounts.
  • Work on potential business opportunities across their multiple companies serving different sectors.
  • Maintain relationships at senior levels management and setup agendas for CXO/sr. management level meetings between Qualcomm and partners/customers.
  • Provide expert guidance on advance technology areas such as AI and connectivity solutions to the customers and find collaboration opportunities.
  • Come up with Business models for collaboration, P&L for the business opportunities.
  • Lead account management efforts, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless and impactful digital solutions.

Key Skill Set:


  • Good knowledge of HW, SW Systems and Chipset architecture
  • Ability to do Market Analysis, conduct-in-depth market research to identify new trends, customer needs and competition.
  • Proven track record in corporate sales and business development.
  • Strong account management experience with large enterprise clients.
  • Expertise in AI and connectivity solutions.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategy for solutions across IOT, Connectivity, Compute etc., including market entry, pricing strategy and go-to-market plans.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and implement innovative solutions.
  • Proficiency in data analysis.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in account management, corporate sales, or business development, particularly in the semiconductor industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation trends and technologies.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
