Job Description

Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist

Location: Mumbai
Experience : 5yeras above
Salary: Depends upon Experience

Job Profile:

  • Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and precise records of all incoming payments.
  • Client Communication: Contact clients as needed to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices.
  • Reconciliation: Identify and resolve any irregularities in receipts.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with accounts payable and other accounting staff to ensure overall financial accuracy.
  • Auditing: Perform audits of all receipts on a scheduled basis to ensure accounting accuracy and compliance.
  • Reporting: Generate and deliver financial reports to relevant departments as required.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Master’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Software Expertise: Proficiency in industry-standard accounting software such as Tally.
  • Technical Skills:

    • Familiarity with database and spreadsheet software, including SQL and Excel.
    • Advanced experience with productivity tools like Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Soft Skills:

    • Strong communication skills with the ability to handle tense client interactions.
    • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with a team to achieve daily goals.
    • Key Attributes:
  •               Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining financial accuracy.   
  •               Proactive problem-solving skills to address irregularities in financial records.
  •               Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various responsibilities efficiently.
