Job Description

Job Title: Academic Counsellor

Location: Trichy

Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates

Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 (Based on Profile)

Qualification: Any Degree

Job Responsibilities:
  • Counsel students aspiring for overseas education and provide end-to-end guidance.
  • Understand student needs and suggest suitable universities, courses, and countries.
  • Assist students in the application process, including documentation, SOPs, and visa applications.
  • Provide information on scholarships, financial aid, and admission requirements.
  • Follow up with students regularly and maintain records of interactions.
  • Organize and conduct seminars/webinars to educate students about study abroad opportunities.
  • Stay updated on changes in international education policies, admission procedures, and visa guidelines.
  • Collaborate with universities and educational institutions for partnerships.
  • Address student queries and resolve concerns related to admissions and travel arrangements.
Skills & Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and parents.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Basic knowledge of study abroad programs, admission procedures, and visa processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools for record-keeping and data management.
  • Willingness to assist and guide students with patience and empathy.
  • Prior experience in overseas education counselling is preferred but not mandatory.
