Requirements :
12 + years of experience as a Software Developer in SAP and atleast 3 + years of working as a Tech Lead in SAP Development.
Experience leading local and remote teams responsible for incremental software delivery in a variety of SAP modules, tools, and technologies.
Experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales OR In an Enterprise with multiple global locations, integrating with multiple enterprise systems and applications.
Experience developing SAP programs, or updating existing programs, by researching technical / programmatic / SAP extension options, reviewing functional specifications, and deciding on the best technical approach based on technical best practices while keeping the SAP Core-Clean.
Experience programming in SAP with proper error handling and logging while advancing these frameworks aligned to the evolving needs.
Hands-on experience in working with SAP modules integration
Experience in SAP S/4HANA and ABAP on HANA.
Strong experience in SAP UI5, Fiori, OData, CDS Views.
Hands-on experience in at least 3-4 SAP modules (FICO, SD, MM, EWM, etc.).
CI/CD and DevOps practices for SAP development.
Experience managing a team of developers and collaborating with business stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
