State Street is seeking a skilled candidate to be part of the RKS Conversion project at the Associate Level. The Associate will work part of a team responsible for data analysis and data conversion of new State Street Clients onto the State Street Middle Office platform.Specifically, the candidate will:Work on inputs and outputs from the conversion process, and communicate issues internallyUnderstand the current processes and tools used by State Street, and map new requirements to this toolResolve issues and gaps in terms of data provided or discrepancies in data between legacy presentation and the future state model basis the feedback providedWork on the deliverables of conversion planning and testing in order to meet the milestonesParticipate in the actual conversion tests and dress rehearsalsThe ideal candidate should have: Overall 1 to 3 Years of Industry ExperienceBasic knowledge and experience in Capital markets and understanding of Securities, and reference data1-2+ years of relevant Financial Industry Experience required, preferably Investment Management, Asset ManagementShould have done some data analysis and data conversion of new Clients to an in-house Middle Office system.Very good understanding of excel and reasonable understanding of SQLsDecent Communication Skills with good external and internal client interfacing skillsAbility to work in a high paced environment, be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize and prioritize workAbility to analyze and resolve project-related issues and follow through with set objectivesExperience in working with teams and managing individual goalsBachelor’s Degree in Finance & Accounting, Computer Science, Information TechnologyState Street's Speak Up Line
