Job Description

Position Title: GTM – Integrated Business Planning Analyst


Reports to: FP&A Finance Manager


Role Overview: The GTM – Integrated Business Planning Analyst will collaborate with the sales team to gather and provide forecasts at the product line level to Finance and Demand Planners.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Forecasting and Planning: Collaborate with Sales leaders to prepare forecasts and support the demand planning process.
  • Reporting: Prepare reporting packages as required for various parameters.
  • Tools: Utilize and have hands-on experience with BI, Hyperion, Alteryx, and Tableau.
  • Business Reviews and Presentations: Support the senior leadership team during monthly and quarterly business reviews.
  • Business Understanding: Demonstrate an excellent understanding of business scenarios and handle complex ‘what-if’ situations efficiently.
  • Ad-hoc Queries: Address all ad-hoc queries from Finance and Business teams.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 4-5 years of FP&A experience, with prior experience in a Sales organization preferred.
  • Highly skilled in data mining and analyzing large amounts of pipeline data to draw key insights.
  • Expertise in MS Excel, Alteryx, and Tableau preferred.
  • Ability to excel with limited direction and under ambiguous circumstances.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively across multiple functions and with varied levels of management.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills across multiple functions and levels of the organization.
  • Education: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred but not required.
